The much anticipated 2018 Lincoln Navigator is nearly upon us. After a decade, the Lincoln Navigator is finally getting its redesign. While you have to wait until the fall to get your own Lincoln Navigator, details about the vehicle have been released. The vehicle was officially revealed at the New York Auto Show, and it looks as promising as ever.

Engine

While the 2018 Lincoln Navigator has clearly been constructed for luxury, it also has a very powerful, dependable engine. The Lincoln Navigator is equipped with a 3.5 liter twin-turbo V-6 10-speed engine that is estimated to run at 450 horsepower.

Comfort

Lincoln has spared no expense in constructing a vehicle that will be optimized for comfort and functionality. The seats, steering wheel, and grab handle of the Lincoln Navigator are all wrapped in stitched leather. In addition, the luxury vehicle is constructed to provide a very peaceful commute. The Lincoln Navigator possesses laminated windows and a noise-canceling system to provide peace for its driver.

Smart Technology

Perhaps the most impressive feature about the new Lincoln Navigator is its smart technology. Your vehicle will recognize your personal key fob, and will automatically adjust up to 80 settings to your personal preference. The vehicle also features a wireless charging tray and its own onboard Wi-Fi hotspot.

Lights

One of the key focal points of the 2018 Lincoln Navigator is the amount of lighting that the vehicle uses. This is a result of the Lincoln Embrace lighting feature. When you approach your Lincoln Navigator, you will be greeted with an array of light fixtures. In addition to your taillight, running lights, and Lincoln bade lighting up, you will also be greeted with a welcome mat puddle lamp, interior lights, lights behind your door handles, and even lights integrated into the seat belt buckles.

It is seemingly Lincoln’s goal with the new Lincoln Navigator to make it the ultimate combination of luxury and dependability. The previous list shows that Lincoln is doing its best to achieve this goal.
