Lincoln Motor Company has opened a second Experience Center showroom, this one located in Dallas, Texas at the Star at Frisco - the practice facility and world headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys. This spacious new facility offers those who are unfamiliar with Lincoln products the chance to learn about the Lincoln brand, as well as receive personalized client services.
Lincoln’s first Experience Center opened last year in Newport Beach, California. In just over a year, over 82,000 different guests have visited the luxurious facility, and nearly 85% of visitors have made it known that they would consider buying a Lincoln vehicle because of their time at the Newport facility.
These centers are part of what Lincoln is now calling “The Lincoln Way”, the brand’s new strategy for attracting upscale customers through luxurious customer experiences that will set Lincoln apart from its competitors.
“We’re continuing to personalize the experiences of our clients,” said Kumar Galhotra, president, The Lincoln Motor Company. “Our exceptional vehicles are now matched with world-class service.”
Personalized Service
In 2016, Lincoln launched nationwide Pickup and Delivery. Through this program, any time the owner of a 2017 or later Lincoln vehicle requires service for their car or SUV, the owner can schedule an appointment for a Lincoln Valet to come and collect the car from an agreed-upon location. A loaner car will be provided for the duration of the car or SUV’s servicing. When work is completed, the customer can arrange to have the vehicle delivered back to them at anytime.
Because of the success of National Pickup and Delivery, the program has spawned two pilots, including:
At-Home Test Drive, piloting in Houston and Dallas. Potential clients can arrange a test drive online and have the vehicle brought to their home. It is Lincoln’s mission to offer outstanding, individualized service to its customers.
Chauffeur Service, piloting in San Diego and Miami, provides clients with a driver when needed – allowing them to experience a passenger point of view in their own vehicle. The chauffeur can also assist the client in performing daily errands to ensure premium customer service.

The Lincoln Experience Center offers a lavish, upscale space for the brand to reach out to potential customers in a more personalized setting. After enjoying a nice dinner or getting some shopping accomplished, guests can also relax in the connectivity lounge and learn more about the innovative designs that inspire our brand new Lincoln cars and SUVs, and customize their own ideal vehicle. The latest products, including the all-new 2018 Lincoln Navigator, are on display at the Lincoln Experience Center.
